Use with a lash-safe cleanser to properly remove make up and mascara, dirt, dust and oils from the lashes. 

Can also be used with water only, however for proper eye/lash hygiene, we always recommend a good lash-safe cleanser.

Can also be used on the face and skin to remove make up and general cleansing.
