Returns and Refunds

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our return policy ensures your peace of mind, making sure you're covered in case of any surprises. With options for exchanges or store credit, we're here to keep the good times rolling. So go ahead and shop to your hearts content, knowing that we've got your back.

We accept returns that meet our eligibility. Returns will be provided as an exchange or store credit and incur a 10% restocking fee. There are limited circumstances that a refund can be provided, as covering these costs isn't feasible for us. Your understanding is appreciated.



  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns 
  • The product being return is an eligible product.
  • The product was not a sale item.
  • You purchased the item directly from us and not a third party.


  • Contact our customer service team at to initiate the process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of what you would like to return and why.
  • If the product is eligible for return, our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address and return authorisation number. 
  • Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit. 
  • We recommend using the original packaging or similar.
  • Ship the item back to the provided address. You are responsible for covering the return costs. 
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return within 14 days.

Non-eligible returns: 

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • We do not accept returns of lash extension adhesive, this is due to the sensitive storage nature of adhesives. 
  • Products that were purchased on sale or through a promotion.


  • Tweezers are hand tested before shipping to you to verify their working capacity. Tweezers are very personal to the user and different types work better for some than others. 
  • If you order a pair of tweezers and find that they are not for you, we are happy to accept a return and provide an exchange or store credit, provided it meets the eligibility requirements.
  • Tweezers that are returned as faulty, will be inspected and tested when the return is received. If the tweezers are functioning as they should upon verification, a refund will not be provided however we will offer an exchange or store credit, provided it meets the eligibility requirements.

Major faults:

  • If the product has a major fault, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. Please include a description of the fault and photos/videos that demonstrate the issue. 
  • A return authorisation will be provided and the product will need to be returned within 30 days of the original date.
  • If the product is verified as having a major fault, you will be fully compensated be offered an exchange, store credit or refund of both the product and shipping costs.

Shipping and handling costs:
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any return shipping costs and insurance. PNK Beauty is not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • If a product has been verified as faulty, you will be compensated for your shipping costs and will be offered your choice of exchange, refund or store credit. 
  • If a product return was requested due to fault, but the fault was not verified when return was received, you will be provided with an exchange or store credit of the product only.
